Asia SF's Blackened Tuna Sashimi is comprised of seared ahi tuna slices with a lemongrass beurre blanc & pickled vegetable salad. It's not bad stuff, considering the fact that what you're really paying for is watching the "ladies" dance on the bar: http://www.flickr.com/photos/lipsticktraces/4577406556/

This is actually a little better than a 7 (not quite an 8) -- but I just betcha their Prime Rib Dip will be a 9 or better ;-) Adamson's butters, then grills, the buns -- and the dip/au jus is savory and salty -- yet not too salty. Good stuff. This place is cute -- and tiny -- and has an extensive selection of artisan root beers! AND makes a root beer float that looks *killer*! Can't wait to go back and try the Prime Rib as well as the barbecue sandwiches (drenched in sauce) -- and the awesome looking French Fries!

"Tender diced chicken sauteed with bell pepper, carrots, hot and sour sauce, garlic, young bamboo shoots, and fresh minced ginger" -- white meat one dollar extra -- and a bit less oily than it was in past years. Brandy Ho's seems to be updating its food to meet what changing times/customers are asking for (less oil/fat), yet the talented wok chefs still send out food with plenty of flavor. Good stuff -- even better the next day!
