Austin welcomes Garrett Oliver, brewmaster of the Brooklyn Brewery at beer and food pairings at two local venues this week. In addition to being an award-winning brewer, Garrett Oliver is also the author of "The Brewmaster’s Table: Discovering the Pleasures of Real Beer with Real Food ".
