(Critics) Here's the thing, Camilla is one of the more amazing cooks on the planet. You should go in the morning, when it's not crowded, order her fish taco and line up your salsas in homage to what's to come. Perfectly seared fish with pablano and garlic. I always put some fresh cilantro and lime juice in there before adding in some green salsa. Did I mention how good the fresh corn tortillas are? I am so forever spoiled on fish tacos now.
