(Critics) Torchy's chips are the worst in town: the greasiest I've ever had. Why not leave them dry and simply let me dip them in vegetable oil?
Pair the chips with their rojo salsa and you've got nothing you want to eat. This is by far the blandest salsa I've ever had. There wasn't even a hint of heat. I really hope Torchy's accidentally forgot the jalapenos and garlic. Unfortunately I will never order the salsa again to find out.
