The quality and complexity of the nigiri caught me completely by surprise at Tomo. they take what might have been an average experience and spiced it up a few notches. The nigiri is wonderful! The fresh fish is cut wide and long but not too thick or not too thin giving these pieces a creamy buttery texture across the board. The shari was small-to-medium in size and actually not compacted into the usually dense pelet, which amazingly kept together despite long reaches, repeated dipping and two bite strategies. After your Screaming Orgasm, do not under-estimate the pleasure these little strip mall nuggets will bring!
