The only part of this dish that is anything like a tomato is its shape. At the base you have small, long chunks of scrumptious shrimp wrapped in a tender cut of salmon. To top this already unique concoction off, the chef at Tomo adds an interesting medley of vegetables and flavors. Like most dishes at Tomo, the Stuffed Tomato is creative, complex and out of the ordinary.
