I'll admit that at first glance I was a little dubious about this breakfast - the presentation was only so-so. However, once I got past how everything looked on the plate, I was very pleased with my breakfast. The eggs were creamy and hot, the bacon a little spicy and cooked just right, and the ciabatta fresh and soft. It's clear that Galaxy uses high-quality ingredients and I love that they serve good marmalade and preserves to compliment their excellent bread. Galaxy is also a fun environment and it was a great adventure for our Sunday morning.
