WOW - If you are a lover of succulent, soft and subtly delicious tuna steak this is the entree for you!! The Glacier Brewhouse has created a beautifully displayed dish that does not leave you hungry when you sign the check. As a connoisseur of 1"+ thick tuna, cooked rare to medium-rare, this is the best tuna steak in the state of Alaska.
Tear off a piece of homemade bread and sop up the delicately created wasabi sauce, sit back and take a sip of Brewhouse microbrew and know that life is good in "The Last Frontier" of Alaska!!!2 members have said this review is right on. This is a great review!
