(Critics) NoRTH has taken the Hawaiian pizza up a notch in this lovely creation. This is a light, thin crust pizza that almost has a dessert feeling thanks to the addition of the sweet, fruity figs. The menu says they are "marinated," but if so, I'm not sure in what. They tasted like pure, luscious figs to me. My husband wasn't as fond of them as I was, but I do think he appreciated the idea of the sweet-salty (prosciutto) combination.
