wow, i'm shocked no one has mentioned the greatness of Flip Happy Crepes yet. this is one of my absolute (vegetarian) favorites. This gourmet savory crepe offers wilted spinach combined with creamy feta cheese and zingy roasted garlic, all wrapped in a tender yet crisp crepe. Eaten as a hand-held burrito (or with plastic knife and fork if preferred), this is the perfect food-on-the-go dish.
