This is such a great dessert! Basically a strawberry shortcake with fried strips of tortilla replacing the shortcake. Drizzeld with glaze and lots of strawberries (from frozen but very good) with whipped cream. As I recall this may even come in two sizes - to share or not to share. The fruit makes it not feel to heavy.
