When we first went to an event catered by Perini's I overheard a friend say how much he was looking forward to getting some of their hominy. I smirked, thinking that was pretty weird - who yearns for hominy? Well, then I was served some of this heavenly concoction. Picture hominy cooked with cheese, bacon, and just enough peppers to give it some kick. A baked potato never dreamed of being this great....
