This is the best way to start a meal at El Fenix. The queso is rich and this variety comes with meat. El Fenix is one of those brilliant restaurants with the huge glasses of iced tea (which I love). Smart, since their salsa is so spicy. At the same time you will not be neglected - the waitstaff is among the best in the city. (By the way, if you order a soda you get a glass of ice and a bottle, not the fountain variety.)
