This is a fantastic dish. Simple. But great comfortfood. It is spicy but not too spicy. And the basil is an uncommon touch. This is something I crave when I have not eaten it for a while. And they also sell it for take out or delivery. I know fried rice doesn't sound that exciting... but trust me. This is a wonderful medely of flavors and so satisfying.
