I've been on a fish taco kick lately, I have no idea why -- so I got this with a side of sweet potato fries: awesome. As reviewed below, seriously good fish (super great quality for something in a wrap, good crunch, good tasting); a little light on the sauce on the slaw, but the accompanying side of sauce makes up for it (if I could just figure out how to gracefully dip my wrap in there w/o losing some cabbage, or be patient enough to spread a little on each bite). Only complaint: the wheat tortilla wasn't the best choice for my wrap -- it seemed a little too soft for my wrap, but it's not something I blame Galaxy for. Definitely coming back!
Oh, Galaxy Cafe Fish Wrap; how I love you. Let me count the ways:
1. Your "hand breaded" white fish is tender, fresh and flaky
2. Your red and green cabbage adds crunch to my bite
3. Your cheddar cheese and roma tomato offer comfort in a wrap
4. You are tortilla-swaddled in a choice of warm spinach, whole wheat or flour
5. And finally, I drizzle you with a toothsome cilantro-lime sauce.
Oh, and how can I forget: You go smashingly well with a pile of homemade sweet potato fries.
