I'm probably asking for a fight here, as we're talking New York pizza. Don't get me wrong, I love Lombardi's and Grimaldi's, but I swear I crave this pizza from Mario Batali's OTTO and must have it at least once a week. Good thing it's cheap. And for those of you who know me, I adore cheese. The more the better. This pizza has none, nor does it need it. Fresh, sweet tomato sauce accented by slivers of garlic and chiles. That's it. Oh! And the crust is impossibly thin. Love love love!
