For a gluten-free girl, or just about anyone with taste buds, this treat is a trampoline of delight. A squishy and bouncy alternative to the typically dense, dry, rice-floured delicacies of the wheat-free world.
A cream cheese icing hovers around the upper rim, validating my existence with every bite. I rarely share this gravity-defying treat, unless there's a ding-dong offered in trade.
