best queso i've had in austin, i prefer it over magnolia's because they use a white cheese over the traditional yellow cheese which i like better (i have no idea what white or yellow cheese is, i just know what i like!)

I'm very close to declaring this my favorite queso ever. Considering the generous portion, the sheer deliciosity, and the avocado at the bottom, Kerbey Queso is a true work of art... for the stomach.

But this is like trying to choose between your children, you love them all equally even though one might be slightly more awesome. So I'll just say it's one of the best and let you draw your own conclusions.

One could use this to:
1) Cheer up a child who's lost her puppy
2) Ensure a kiss at the end of a blind date
3) Ease into Vegetarianism

Or create a chorus of smiles at any table as it is simply the finest chip/dip combo around. Fresh Guac, just the right amount of pico and that silky smooth cheese...mmmmm. And don't be afraid to order it before 10 AM- dip your French toast in it!
