White balls of snappy, fresh Texas goat cheese lay in a pool of rich, sweet, dark brown panela sauce - floating all around like little islands are these browned pieces of yummy bread, which do indeed pair nicely with the cheese and sauce. It's almost more like a dessert than anything else and lends itself quite well to being split among compadres.
