This roll has shrimp tempura, avocado, and cucumber. There is a slight sweetness to the coating of the roll, but I don't know what it is (maybe something with a tiny bit of brown sugar?). Whatever it is makes this roll absolutely delightful. The roll is perfectly sliced and easy to manage even if you don't have a gigantic mouth. That always scores points with me. The presentation was quite nice too.
