For one diner, this would probably be an overwhelming appetizer, but it is perfect when passed around the table for each guest to take just a bite or two. Warm roasted figs are studded with bacon chunks and topped with hunks of earthy Humboldt Fog Blue Cheese. A drizzle of tart balsamic vinegar glaze keeps the richness of the ingredients in check.
