This is as good as it gets. Thin and crispy until you pour all of that liquid butter and syrup on it. The pecans get nice and toasty, so you can really taste them in ever bite. This place is a MUST on every NOLA visitor's list. It really is an experience and a landmark. Don't forget the mocha freeze!
