This is the THE meatloaf that every other meatloaf I've ever had, including my mother's, is measure against. It is moist and meaty and smoky and perfectly cooked and seasoned. Unfortunately, it is only available on their Fall/Winter menu, but I promise on everything that is good that it is worth the wait (weight).
