This restaurant rocks! The friends I went with said that Anthony Bourdain is friends with the head chef...? Anyway, I would describe this best as a pickled fish. You still experience the flavor of the fish, but there is a pickled flavor as well. Eaten with the onions and capers and a little mayonnaise sauce. Yum!
