I've been searching for a lobster roll that beats this one, and have not come across it yet. Perfectly proportioned lobster roll, loaded with Maine lobster, just a bit of mayo and lemon and something else - maybe celery seed? The roll (a critical component) is the New England-style squared off bun, perfectly toasted in butter. A side of coleslaw balances the whole thing!
