    This was unlike any pate I've ever tried before; a combination of pork, apricots and pistachios. I really enjoyed the combination of the apricots and pistachios. Overall, though, this pate was a little too rich for me. A few bites with crusty French bread was perfectly satisfying. A great appetizer to share...
