This salad is good as far as Mandarin salads go. The cafe is generous with the pine nuts, however I detracted points for the canned mandarin wedges, and the slightly chewy chicken breast. Drizzled with the soy-flavored dressing, everything coalesces moderately well, but this is not a standout Asian salad.
