One order of this salad is enough to feed at least four hungry people--perhaps more. Note however, that this dish is considered to be a single portion. Most dishes at this restaurant will feed an army, so only eat here once in a rare while if you don't want to go up four sizes in one month.
All-in-all this is a basic, no-frills Southwest-style salad. It has lettuce, tomatoes, blackened chicken breast, red salsa, black bean & corn salsa, sour cream, tortilla chips, and perhaps an entire bag of shredded cheese. I'm not sure I was able to eat even 1/4 of it, but I tried. It was good, but not great. And it seemed more like filler than a real salad (lots of iceberg lettuce).
