I love a good sub. I love bread. I love crunchy vegetables, shaved lettuce, provolone, mayo, mustard, pickles, peppers, oil and vinegar. I love it when this kind of sub is done right. The big guys behind the counter at Subs Inc. really take the time to do it right - this is not super-fast-food, if that's what you're looking for. Usually, I take a seat by the window and read The Onion and watch fashionable 24th street passer-bys until my awesome sub is ready. I have a hankering for one right now.
