Wow, I gotta say this one surprised me. I rarely think I'll like even slightly cooked (bruised) sushi concoctions, but the chef at Deep blew me away. The fish was buttery, fresh, and flavorful - and the masago were super fresh, and snappy. The salad dressing ended up being a really perfect, garlicky accompaniment. About my only tiny complaint was that the salad could've been tossed in the dressing, to coat all the leaves evenly, but the taste was so good I didn't care.
