Another "don't-miss" sandwich at FoodHeads - the apple pork tenderloin. We detracted one point for tough (day-old?) French bread, but otherwise, this dish is a near dishola. Think grilled pork tenderloin on a toasted baguette with smoked gouda, fresh spinach, spicy apple and tomato relish (with red onion and serrano peppers), and a honey dijon aioli. Unique flavors make this a standout sammie.
