I recently had Upstairs 2 cater at my house and I asked the Chef (Todd is fantastic to work with) if he can make the Grilled Mahi Mahi from the restaurant menu. I was so ecstatic when he said, "Absolutely!" I love, love, love this dish and it was such a hit at my party. It has hummus made with black beans and then it's topped with avocado. I'm salivating as I type.
