Skirt steak, excellently seared, smothered with a bright chimicuri and served with pico spinach -- oh and large, crispy pillows of fries. The herb and garlicy sauce is from way south of the border, but this is a classic. Bistro fare meets Buenos Ares in a fun cartoon (I mean this in a loving way!) Texas joint.
