(Critics) This molasses glazed, grass-fed grilled pork chop was a little too dry and tough for my taste. The borlotti bean ragout tasted strongly of bacon. I felt like the dish needed more to balance it - whether it was a side of polenta, cous-cous, or a beautiful green salad. The "summer market greens" mentioned on the menu consisted of a sprig of basil.
