Am I allowed to review a seasonal dish? I can't help but spread the word so here goes...as you know, ACL season is upon us and the one thing I look forward to the most besides the cool jams is SLOPPY NACHOS!!! Last year, these fabulous nachos took a break from the Salt Lick counter's menu and we were so sad....in years past, my husband and I ate a bowl of these magical nachos for each of the 3 days. How could we resist these thin, crispy chips swimming in white queso and tender brisket? Top this combination off with the famous sauce and jalapenos (which you add yourself....you know I douse it up!)...and TA-DA! you have perfection. Thank you Salt Lick for bringing the Sloppy's back this year!
