This is a moist, very lemony cupcake. It's topped with lemon buttercream that is amazing, but very rich. The frosting Gods will probably shun me for writing this, but there is actually too much frosting--hence the score of 8 instead of 9 or 10. I actually think there was more frosting than cupcake. I always thought I'd love that, but it turns out I don't. Still, it's an amazing cupcake.
