Seriously good -- the sweetness of the rice and the honey-pasilla sauce with the pork was delicious. If the crispy thick tortilla which the poblano pepper rested on was only a bit salted, for a bit of crispiness & saltiness against the sweet, and if the honey hadn't burned past carmelizing on some parts of the pepper, definitely would have been heaven. Delicious, who really needs perfection?
