I have VERY high gumbo standards (I grew up on my aunt's homemade seafood gumbo in South Alabama) and this one is the best I've found. A beautiful dark, complex roux with just the right amount of file, filled with fresh high-quality seafood and a dollop of light and fluffy rice in the center. Their crusty french bread is perfect for dipping. They are called Gumbo's for a reason. We're so fortunate to have it available in Central Texas!
