The ingredient combination was oddly intriguing, so i HAD to try it. and thank GOD i did. this highly creative dish was reminiscent of a walk in the woods: the rosemary added a pine forest aroma (in a good way), the olive tapenade added an earthy saltiness, the spinach added leafy tendrils, while the roasted pumpkin added a crisp sweetness. the bechamel perfectly bound all of the ingredients together, whereas a tomato-based sauce would have drowned out the highly suggestive flavors. the only thing left is to pray that someone is willing to deliver this delicious pizza to my house within the next 30 minutes or less... gosh, there's never a teleportation device around when you REALLY need one...
