Great rendition of Chicken Satay! You get several skewers of nice flat chunks of white meat chicken served with peanut sauce that is just right. I don't like it when there are big pieces of shredded coconut in the sauce or when it is too fishy. This one has the right combo of smooth, creamy and sweet goodness. I recommend this as an appetizer any time you come here. There are enough for 2 to share. Although last time I went we had 2 orders!
