    "Spicy adobo seasoned vegetarian plate with rice, black beans and our special sauteed veggie mix served with two wheat tortillas."

    I describe it as "yum". The veggies are always fresh & crisp and even tho the adobo sauce is dark , rich & properly just a little bitter & spicy the flavor of the veggies shines right thru.
    The beans, rice & tortillas round this out & make it a very satisfying lunch.
