TacoDeli's Heather Taco is grilled Mexican queso fresco, refried black beans, guacamole, lettuce and tomato on a flour tortilla. Everything at TacoDeli is really, really good, but this is the one I go back to again and again. It sounds pretty basic, but it's the perfect combination. The black beans are puréed and velvety smooth. The cheese is cut in a slab and is perfectly grilled. The guac, lettuce and tomato add a touch of cool freshness to balance it out. Top it with any of their salsas, especially a little shot of Doña, and you'll be happy. I'm not a vegetarian, but I love this taco. My only complaint: I can't get this taco for dinner because they're only open for breakfast and lunch. We need more TacoDelis and we need them open 24/7!
