Did you know Daily Juice has a serious solid food kitchen too? At their spankin' new location in Hyde Park I had raw veggie and sprouted-grain enchiladas with red mole. Served cold, which was a shock to the tastebuds, but delicious nonetheless. Accompanied by dollop of house-made guac. Refreshing mid-winter lunch, to be sure!
