
Straight from the boats to the stew pot, this is far and away the best cioppino I've ever tasted. And even if you imagine for a moment, hard as it may be, that this creation came without seafood, the sauce was so good that you still would have been drooling. Then again, I sure was glad to have all that seafood - enormous crab legs, three of the sweetest shrimp I've ever had, white fish, mussels, clams, fresh herbs and chopped tomatoes. The outdoor tables overlooking the bay offer one of the best seafood eating experiences in the world. You can watch this seafood coming in fresh from the docks.
