
This pho was sooooo good! The broth was flavorful but still bright, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the steak was super-tender.
I’ve really come to love Pho, and this is now a weekly lunch ritual. I have tried quite a few in town, and all have very good and distinguishing Pho’s, but Hai Ky has a layer of flavor that is truly unique and simple. Components found in Mexican cuisine can also be found in Vietnamese food - the noodles remind me of fideos, the cilantro and lime and of course the peppers. A very honest lunch.
