
How can the bar at La Condesa go wrong with any of its "bebidas y cocteles" when internationally renowned mixologist, Junior Merino (aka "the liquid chef") helped create them? I had a chance to watch Junior at work - and let me just say, it was impressive. He uses only 100% blue agave tequilas, fresh fruit juices, and custom infused liquors, such as the rose-infused rum in the Rosas Ascendentes. This incredibly delicate and refreshing cocktail also comes with rose essence, rose petals, lime, and a splash of cava. Perfecto.
