If you have never tried this roll you need to stop what you're doing and go straight to Uchi right now. The eel sauce they put on top of it is the perfect compliment to the roll itself. It's incredible!

Oh mommy. Seriously, people. This is the best sushi roll and a MUST for anyone that goes to Uchi. We normally order one to start our meal with and then one to finish our meal. Enjoy!

islandgirl on 05/31/09I agree--this is my favorite roll at Uchi every time I go. I even took out of town guests and my friend emailed me after she got home to find out what kind of sauce it was. Incredible!
