These empanadas are sold from mmmpanadas, the bright red truck that is usually located at the corner of 5th and Brazos. The classic Argentine snack is the brainchild of Kristen and Cody Fields, two young and dedicated artisan empanada makers who use only fresh ingredients for their homemade creations. The green chile chicken empanada is stuffed with shredded chicken and green chilies, and served with a creamy ancho dipping sauce. mmmm, como les dicen in Argentina, delicioso!
