    Spinach, mushrooms, pine nuts and goat cheese beautifully coalesce in this crispy, golden empanada. But seriously, folks, what puts this Argentine pocket over the top? The tangy-garlic aioli that Kristen and Cody serve by its side. One dunk, and you'll be a lifelong devotee.
    I promise.
