Essentially a local chain, Mary's has been serving great, inexpensive Italian dishes for a generation and a half. Their food is consistently good quality (I hear they use a central kitchen for most sauces, etc.) although the pizza and such are all prepared on site. The eggplant parmesan is firm, served with a tangy tomato sauce and just enough cheese.
